“…We decided to go with a DJ over a live band after attending a close friends wedding whose live band kept having awful microphone interference on the couple’s first dance. The band figured it out by the third song but by then the damage was done. Our maid of honor helped us by doing extensive research for DJ’s in the area and sent us her top three results. Not only was Paul the first of the three to respond but he was truly the most professional and calming person to talk to throughout the whole process. We met in person at a place conveniently local to us to discuss the details and so we could all get a sense of one another. He took our requests seriously and offered quality advice at good points throughout the process based on his years of experience as a DJ. The end result was an amazing time at the wedding with seamless transitions between our specific requested music and other songs that got the crowd up and dancing. I would highly recommend Paul to any and everyone I know whenever they are looking for a DJ.”

“…Paul was amazing — before the wedding and Paul got to know my husband and my style. He worked well with the venue to set up super early and provided amazing tunes throughout the night. Our guests were up dancing well before the dance floor was officially open! Paul then read the crowd and kept everyone on their feet the entire evening. The whole event went smoothly — I would definitely recommend Paul for any event!

“…Paul was the most amazing DJ ever! He played a great variety of music and we danced for 3 hours straight! There was something for everyone. Paul also really listened to what we wanted and the type of music we like and played songs that related to us. He also talked just the right amount in my opinion. As much as we needed but not too much. It was such a great party and it is all thanks to him for keeping things exciting, upbeat and fun. Anyone would be lucky to have him be a part of their special day!

Paul is excellent and made our wedding a blast for all who attended. The dance floor was always full. He played the perfect mix of songs to keep everyone dancing. Paul’s professionalism is unmatched, and he made the planning process a breeze, accommodating every request that I had. I would highly recommend him!

I couldn’t have had a better Dj. The night flowed so seemlessly from beginning to end. I got exactly what I wanted. Paul has a ton of experience from nightclubs to weddings. He has the abilitity to capture the crowd and keep them. A flawless experience.

Working with Paul was fantastic in every way. I am probably a DJ’s worst nightmare: a bride, a musician, and a music obsessive rolled into one. I was maniacally focused on making sure the music at our wedding was PERFECT. Paul handled my requests (er, pleas for perfection) like a total pro, because he IS a total pro. He sat with us and brainstormed to help us define what type of vibe and feel we were looking for during the event. We threw stylistic impossibilities at him, asking him to incorporate music from several different countries and eras to help certain guests feel welcome. He didn’t balk at all and, instead, executed in such a fresh way that got everyone dancing. When a torrential rainstorm ripped through our outdoor tent and threw the event off schedule, Paul stepped in as emcee to keep things going and provided an amazing soundtrack to the rain that turned a panic moment into a party moment. Later, guests even commented in the guestbook about how great the music was. A few of my equally music-obsessed friends mentioned that they’ve never heard better music at a wedding. I could go on and on, but just suffice it to say that working with Paul was top-notch. He absolutely nailed it, and I would recommend him 100 times over.

DJ Paul Dailey DJ’ed our wedding this past September 3rd in York ME at the Dockside. Paul’s professionalism and know-how made our day perfect and go off without a hitch. Even when we asked for some last minute changes, Paul was able to accommodate and deliver as if we planned it out that way. His music selection from the entry to the final song was impeccable, even in the face of some demanding guests. 🙂 We would highly recommend Paul Dailey’s service for any event, but especially so if you are looking for a performer that will exceed your expectations.
